My FTP client (SmartFTP) is no longer allowing free use. I tried to get it to work, but they removed 30 day trial to a 5 day trail and home users are forced to buy it. Why is this? I have no idea. Until I can find a new FTP client I cannot work on my site. Anyone know of one? I don't exactly have the money to dish out for a client either. Secondly. The rest of this week I am busy with graduation issues. I won't be able to work on anything for my site till possibly monday. Also, I will be going to North Carolina and Virginia sometimes this coming week for 2 weeks. Chances of me having internet access is low. So this is another two weeks I can't work on my site. I cannot update the SmartFTP section again, therefore it will be deleted. The newer version is much too different from their previous versions to keep the tutorials up as valid. I am sorry that I have limited time so far to work on my site, but, I promise it will be done soon! I have been having technical difficulties with PHP and MySQL. I don't know anyone who has knowledge of either and I learn new things as I go. MySQL has been giving me the most issues.... Until I find a new FTP client, figure out what is wrong with the PHP and MySQL my sites project will be moving ahead very slowly. I really am sorry everyone! It's making me aggravated as well. I would give you guys a few graphics I have made as an apology...but I can't because the FTP doesn't work. | |
