Hideki is a 19 yr old in cram school. when he walked home from work one day he noticed a girl in the trash. he thought she was dead at first but noticed that she was a persocom. he carried her home and finally activated her. he wanted to see what Op there was on her only to find a blank screen saying "NO DATA". even further on Chi (persocom he found) seems like she has real human emotions. but how is that possible she is only a machine right? what will hideki do when she is kidnaped? and what is the conection between his neighbor and chi? is a chi a AI? what is this power she alone possess?

Persocom:basiclly a human shaped pc that can do stuff like humans only reason they aren't a AI is because they have no emotions other then what they are programed for

Chi	A persocom that Hideki finds in the trash. Her program she uses to function doesn't show up and she even has a power. sometimes it even seems like she has emotions even tho she is a persocom...is she a AI?
Hideki Motosuwa	Is a 19 yr old attending cram school and works at Club plesure. he has just about no maney and found Chi. people say he is a good guy and tease him with the fact that hje is still a vergin.
Yumi Oumura	She is a friend of Hideki and is 17. she thinks herself lower then a persocom and inferier. she works as a waiter in Club Plesure.
Minoru Kokubunje	He is a 12 yr old with no family. his parents left him and his sister and then his sister died. he created a persocom to replace his sister. he is really smart and know just about everything on persocoms.
Zima/Dita	they are government persocoms. are they going to shut down Chi for good?
Freya	Chi's sister. she is within Chi and speaks with Chi a lot reminding her of things seeing how Chi can't remeber her past.
